I looked around at a few other mosaic sites, and the pricing here felt reasonable overall. It wasn’t the cheapest option I found, but the quality and the ability to customize things made it feel worth it. Shipping was a little higher than I would’ve preferred, so I’d give it 4 stars, but overall I’m happy with the purchase.

The mosaic came out close to my original design. A few of the colors were a little different than I expected, but nothing major. Overall, I’m happy with it.

It came out really nice. The mosaic feels solid, and the finish looks better than I figured it would. Not much else to say — it just looks good and feels well made.

But it arrived exactly on the day they said it would, packed super carefully, and there wasn’t any damage at all. The tracking was easy to follow too, so overall, really happy with how smooth the whole thing went!

I ended up ordering from Mozaico because I wanted a mosaic that would kind of match the colors in my kitchen, and the whole process was easy.

The return itself was easy enough, which I appreciated. The refund took a few days to show up, and part of me wondered if they were hoping I’d just stop checking, but it did come through in the end.

One of the tiles showed up cracked, which is obviously not what you want, but these things happen. I reached out and they got it sorted really quickly without making it a big hassle.
